Introducing ME! Whisper the OneEyed Tripawd Wonderdog!
My name is Whisper. I am a 12 year old White Shepherd/Husky.
I was born on a farm just outside of Edmonton, Alberta. I was the only white puppy in the whole litter. If you look at my cute puppy face and chubby puppy self you can totally understand why my mom fell in love with me the first time she saw me.
In no time at all I grew into a clutzy teenager, my ears and feet grew faster than the rest of me, but eventually I caught up
Then I became a comfortable and happy adult. Here I am when I was about 3 years old with some of the other members of my family, I have a really big family, there is 3 of us dogs, 4 cats, a bird, a bearded dragon, some fish and 5 humans.
A few weeks ago I fell down the stairs and broke my leg, and when the vet took x-rays they said. “This handsome boy has Osteosarcoma. and we will have to amputate his leg because even if we reset the bone it will not heal.” Osteosarcoma? Never heard of it, but from the seriousness of your tone and the sad look on my mom’s face, I don’t think I want it!
Mom, Grammy & Auntie J talked for a bit and then said I had to stay overnight! I really did not want to stay overnight. because the last time I stayed overnight I woke up and my right eye was gone. Not that I noticed right away because it had been feeling weird and I hadn’t been able to see out of it for quite a while anyways, but when we went home Grampy said “WHY DID YOU TAKE HIS EYE OUT!?” Then I knew. But I trust my mom a lot, so I stayed liked she told me to.
The next day I had my surgery and woke up and my right leg was gone! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS CLINIC!?! They really have to stop taking me apart piece by piece. First they took a couple of my boy parts, then a tooth, then my eye, then another tooth, and now THIS. Excuse me veterinary people, do you not realize that someone is removing personal items from your patients? Uncle S says they must be secretly selling my body parts. I think Uncle S is being ridiculous, the vets at the clinic are super nice, and I really do believe that they are doing what is best for me.

WHISPER….I fall in love all over again with every single word you write!!! And now these ADORABLE pictures are just melting my heart!!
We really need ro sign us for Doggy Comedy School…not as a student, but as a Professor! You have a brilliant wit!!
Itsw absolutely delightful to see these pictures. OMD! That puppy picture, you had your forever home the second your bumans saw you!
And those MAGNIFICENT ears of yours! You can hear things a gazillion miles away without having to use a satellite dish!
You have some ….er….unique pack members to play with. 🙂 🙂 Im sure there’s never a dull moment at your house!
If that so called “Clinic” tries to take zny more of your personal larts, you let us know! I’ll gather the entire Tripawd Community and we’ll threaten to take some of their personal parts and sell them!!! How would they like that??

School requires an attention span and unless the students were all holding treats I could not focus on them long enough to teach them anything. They will just have to observe a master at work.
I have been thinking about the clinic and I realized that all the body parts that they took from me were broken, so I don’t think they are winning here. I hope they realize this soon.
Yes my pack is definitely unique and fun and most definitely a little crazy. Eventually I will introduce them all.
Right now grammy says she has to go and do some housework and can’t type for me anymore.

Whisper you are such a hoot!! Even on my worst days you make me laugh. I’m so glad you are doing well! Your people are so lucky to have you in their lives. You are what we call a “keeper”!

Aww thanks. I like when people laugh.
I get very concerned when people are sad,
And I really don’t like when people are mad,
so I always try to make them glad
so they’ll have one of the BEST days they ever had!

It did not start out to be a poem, but it turned out that way! It does not flow quite so well at the end, the Rhythm is a little off. Kind of like my balance. So I think all things considered this poem is perfect!
